Mozilla-plugin i OOo, hvordan virker det under Linux?

Er det kun mig der ikke kan få mozilla-plugin til at virke.

Jeg har testet med firefox version 1.0.6 og mozilla 1.7.12 under linux.

Du finder frem til Mozilla-plugin i OOo under fx Writers menu i Funktioner - Indstillinger... - Internet - Mozilla-plugin og her vælges så Aktiver.

Jeg går ud fra, at dokumenterne skulle vises i browservinduet på denne måde, men det sker ikke.

Kan I få det til at virke?

Ud over ovennævnte skal man for Firefox's vedkommende som root oprette et symbolsk link:

(For debian):
ln -s /opt/openoffice.org2.0/program/libnpsoplugin.so /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins/

Så kan du fx teste med:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/do ... 1.0-os.sxw

Men hvordan får jeg tilføjet de ekstra mime-beskrivelser for fx Word-dokumenter, så de fremstår i about:plugins i Firefox:

Nogle idéer (ud over at rode i kildekoden til OOo)?

Jeg har fundet ud af følg. ting:

I /opt/openoffice.org2.0/program/gnome-set-default-application <-- findes dette program.

Jeg har forsøgt at skrive lidt ala:
/opt/openoffice.org2.0/program/gnome-set-default-application med parametre ala:
'application/msword' '.doc' og lidt andet som 'yes' til sidst og uden 'application'-delen og altsammen som root, men lige lidt hjalp det. Jeg kunne dog heller ikke finde nogen dokumentation på dette program.

Hvis man søger i OOos /opt/openoffice.org2.0/ mappe så finder man lidt filer hvor 'application/vnd' fx indgår og osse msword, men jeg er ikke lige inde i det her, så er der nogle der kan hjælpe?

I /etc/ står mime types også beskrevet, men hvor definerer OOo mozilla-plugin'et dens mime-indstillinger - er de hardcoded?
